Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing

TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that offers excellent performance at a cost-effective price, making it a popular choice in commercial roofing. Its long-term heat, UV, and natural fungal resistance, along with its flexibility without the need for plasticizers, position TPO as a reliable low-slope roofing system for both new installations and roof repair and maintenance.

Great Value: Excellent performance at a cost-effective price.

Excellent Seam Strength: Heat-welded seams provide greater seam strength compared to taped and other seams.

Long-term Weathering: Exceptional long-term heat and UV resistance contributes to roof restoration services.

Energy Saving: Highly reflective and emissive white surface helps reduce energy costs and mitigates the urban heat island effect.

Inherently Flexible: No need for plasticizers enhances its applicability.

Naturally Fungal Resistant: Does not require biocides, maintaining a healthy roof surface.

Versatile Application Methods: Ideal for high-performance roofs needing high wind uplift, increased puncture resistance, or economical roofing systems.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM)

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane often utilized in commercial roofing for low-slope buildings. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. Available in both black and white, EPDM comes in a broad range of widths, from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils. This versatile material can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed using liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape. For those needing roof repair and maintenance or roof restoration services, EPDM offers a reliable solution known for its longevity and performance.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofs can cost more than other commercial roofing materials such as asphalt, BUR, and spray polyurethane foam (SPF). However, many architects find the investment worthwhile due to the numerous advantages they offer, including lower roof repair and maintenance needs over time.

Additionally, metal roofs are more environmentally-friendly than many other roofing types, as their materials can be fully recycled after their lifespan. The metal's capacity to reflect UV rays also leads to decreased energy consumption for cooling.

Most importantly, metal roofs are well-prepared to withstand harsh weather conditions, including high wind speeds, debris, wildfires, and continuous precipitation, making them an excellent choice for roof restoration services.

Shingle Roofing

Architectural and asphalt shingle roofs are excellent choices for steep-slope commercial roofing, providing exceptional weatherproofing, insulation, and fire resistance while maintaining cost efficiency. Asphalt shingle roofing systems are among the most cost-effective solutions for commercial roofing applications. Available in a variety of colors, these shingles typically come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 15 to 30 years. RoofLynx specializes in roof repair and maintenance as well as roof restoration services, ensuring your shingles are installed to enhance energy efficiency, comply with building code requirements, and improve fire resistance.
